What happens next

We’re here to help

Once you are ready to arrange the funeral, simply give us a call on 0121 476 9111 and we’ll make an appointment to discuss the arrangements at a time and place convenient to you.

We have private arranging rooms at all of our offices, but we are equally happy to come to your home if that suits you better.

It may take several meetings to finalise all of the details, so you don’t need to feel pressured into making all the decisions at the first meeting.

We want you to be comfortable with every aspect of the arrangements. If you need time to think about questions we ask you or you wish to discuss matters with other family members or friends, that’s fine too.
