Visiting your loved one
Some people gain comfort from paying their respects, but other people prefer not to; there is no right or wrong. There’s no pressure, it’s simply a matter of choice.
If you do wish to visit a loved one, we have purpose built viewing suites at our Northfield and Rubery branches. These are not dedicated to any religious order and are easily accessible even for those visitors with mobility issues. In addition, if you do not feel comfortable seeing your loved one in a coffin, we can arrange for you to view your loved one in a bed instead.
Within normal office hours there are no particular time or number restrictions; all we ask is a little advance notice so that we can prepare a viewing suite appropriately.
